The machine tool is a new generation numerical control electrode double thread comb machine tool which is independently developed by our company. 2, technical description:
The machine tool is the all numerical control machine tool, completely eliminates the mechanical transmission chain error, through the numerical control method directly forms the thread pitch, the taper and the diameter, the processing precision is obviously ahead of Japan, the US, the German similar processing equipment level.
The machine tool structure is unique, the workpiece is not moving, the spindle is rotating slowly with the X axis and the Z axis linkage.
Comb knife with a special method of driving, high-speed rotation of up to 1500RPM.
